How Do We Evaluate Your Feedback?
All forms you submit through our website are automatically forwarded to our hospital executives and Quality Unit as electronic mail. Incoming emails are categorized according to their content as complaints, opinions/suggestions, or requests.
Complaints are promptly reviewed by the Patient Rights Unit, and follow-up communication is established with you regarding the matter. Periodic evaluations are conducted for all feedback and actions taken, and these are systematically reported to the executive management.
