All forms you submit through our website are sent as email to our hospital administrators and quality unit. Incoming messages are categorised as complaints, feedback/suggestions or requests. Complaints are evaluated by the Patient Rights Unit and you will receive a response. Periodic reviews of all responses and incoming forms are conducted and reported to management.
