The objective of the Patient Rights Unit at our hospital is to ensure the implementation of principles and procedures regarding the auditing, evaluation, and realization of patient rights under equal conditions, without any discrimination. Our unit continues its operations by supporting the continuous, high-quality, and effective provision of healthcare services to patients, while ensuring they are protected against any rights violations.
To safeguard the rights of patients and their relatives and provide solutions to their problems, applications are evaluated by our unit through in-person visits, telephone calls, emails, or via the suggestions and complaints section on our website. For in-person applications, immediate action is taken to resolve the issue at hand. If a formal/legal application is intended, the request is received in writing and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Directive on Patient Rights Practices.
In addition to visiting the Patient Rights Unit within our hospital, you can convey your suggestions, expressions of gratitude, and complaints to us via the suggestion and complaint boxes located on each floor or by filling out the form available on our website.
