Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK Law"), personal data subjects defined as the "data subject" (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") are granted certain rights under Article 11 of the KVKK Law regarding the processing of their personal data. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK Law, applications to be made to our Company, as the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("the Board").
GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK Law"), personal data subjects defined as the "data subject" (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") are granted certain rights under Article 11 of the KVKK Law regarding the processing of their personal data. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK Law, applications to be made to our Company, as the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("the Board").
In this framework, applications to be made to our Company "in writing" may be submitted to us by taking a printout of this form and using one of the following methods:
- By the Applicant in person,
- Through a notary public,
- By being signed by the Applicant with a "secure electronic signature" as defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the Company's registered electronic mail (KEP) address.

Furthermore, after other methods to be determined by the Board are announced, our Company will announce how applications will be received through those methods as well.
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVKK Law, your applications submitted to us will be responded to free of charge within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our Company. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 13 of the KVKK Law, our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically.
