Visiting hours at our hospital are between 12:00 – 14:00 and 17:00 – 19:00 on weekdays, and between 12:00 – 19:00 on weekends. In order to maintain hospital order and ensure the well-being of our inpatients, visitors are not accepted outside of these designated hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
We kindly request that all individuals visiting their relatives in our hospital comply with the rules outlined below:
• Visitors are welcome to bring magazines and books as gifts for patients.
• Please do not bring live flowers, food, or beverages into the hospital.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in patient rooms, corridors, and fire escapes.
• Please do not sit on the patient beds.
• Please keep your visits brief.
• Do not litter or drop trash on the floor.
• Kindly follow all instructions and directives issued by the hospital staff.
• Please share your feedback by filling out the "Complaint and Satisfaction Notification Form" and dropping it into our suggestion and complaint boxes.
• Please act with the consideration and mindfulness that you or your loved ones may one day be a patient in this hospital.
• For both security and health reasons, please strictly observe and adhere to all safety warnings and signage throughout the facility.
• Unauthorized photography, video, or film recording is strictly prohibited within the institution.
• Please do not enter any rooms, wards, or units other than the specific ones you are authorized to visit.
• Upon hearing the emergency alarm/siren, please evacuate the building immediately with quick steps, without panicking or running, by following the designated escape routes and the instructions of the evacuation team.
• In the event of an earthquake, wait in a secure area. Once the tremors have completely stopped, proceed to the designated emergency assembly point. Act strictly in line with the evacuation team's directives when leaving the building, and never turn back inside.
