Patient Responsibilities

Compliance with Hospital Rules

* Our patients are responsible for adhering to the rules and practices of the hospital.
* If our patients are utilizing units that operate on an appointment basis, they must comply with the date and time of the appointment and notify the relevant department of any changes.
* Patients must respect appointment times and prevent delays. In the event of a delay, they should assist the institution by allowing other patients to be seen first.
* Our patients must respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients, and visitors. They are expected to cooperate fully with healthcare professionals during the care and rehabilitation process.

Informing Healthcare Professionals

* Patients must provide full and complete information regarding their health complaints, medical history, any prior hospitalizations, current medications (if any), and all other details concerning their health.
* Patients must notify the institution immediately in the event of changes to their primary demographic information such as name, surname, address, telephone number, or registration number.

Social Security and Financial Status

* Patients are required to report any changes in their healthcare benefits, social security status, and personal information in a timely manner.
* Patients must ensure that the validation/visa processes of their official health insurance cards (SSI, Green Card, etc.) are completed on time.
* Patients are obliged to pay the required amount for the medical procedures carried out due to their treatment within the period determined by the institution.
* In cases requiring emergency, immediate intervention, and treatment, the patient or their legally authorized representative must deliver the necessary authorization document obtained from their insurance institution to our hospital as soon as possible.

Refusing Planned Treatment

* Patients are personally and solely responsible for the consequences that may arise if they refuse a planned treatment or fail to comply with the physician's instructions.

Adhering to Treatment Recommendations

* Every patient is obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by the authorized physician responsible for their care.
* Our patients are responsible for adhering to the prescribed treatment plans and accepting the execution of the care plan by nurses and relevant healthcare personnel in line with the authorized physician's instructions.
* Patients must immediately report any unexpected developments encountered during the treatment and follow-up process to the personnel responsible for their care.
